This incredibly funny video features an old man who does parkour tricks. A thief and his accomplice are stealing a woman’s purse and try to escape from the old man who is surprisingly agile. The old man, though, is able to get out of their grasp and rescue the woman, who has fallen on hard times.
Although parkour is usually associated with fit, young people, a parkour class in Alexandria, Virginia, consists of students in their 70s. The class is held every other week in parks throughout Alexandria. It includes rolling over picnic tables and jumping on platforms. The instructor, Frank Mejia, teaches the class.
