Silke Sollfrank is a Parkourläufer and a Freerunner. She gave up her dream of being a stuntwoman to pursue her passion of parkour. The sport has landed her a variety of television appearances including Ninja Warrior, CATCH!, and the Netflix show Ultimate Beastmaster. Currently, she is the only female in the parkour team Ashigaru.
Silke Sollfrank began her career in gymnastics when she was just a child. Unlike many gymnasts, she found the pressure of competing to be too much for her. She had a difficult conversation with her father and decided to pursue a new sport. It was at this point that she discovered parkour.
